Microphone volume

Is it possible to adjust the Microphone Volume on the AS0371B.

The volume is very low at phone calls. I have connected the external microphon and it is only 50 cm away and the other side can hera me only with low volume.

Is there a solution? I own the CN10-02307B with extra microphone, but all callers tell me it is to quiet. Is there a configuration or app to adjust the level of volume?

I have the exact issue with microphone being about 14" away from my mouth. cn10-02307b-08a running 7.1.2.

Thanks. I have emailed support. What's interesting is the microphone volume level is acceptable when running the Skype app. Will see if support has any tricks to adjust on the bluetooth side.
