Bluetooth ringtone does not work anymore

Hello, I have no ringtone when I get an incoming call over Bluetooth.

My model is: CN10-02308B-08A-A
My Amazon order is:112-1615345-8532241

Hi, did you try another phone ? I suggest you try to reset the phone or the car stereo first.

Why would my phone be the problem? It rings on my other Bluetooth devices just fine. Can I just choose a different ringtone on the car stereo?

Hi,
this is an exclusion way. There might some software or hardware compatibility issue between your unit and the car stereo .
2.there is only one default ringtone on the car stereo .
