Cannot Install from Google Play and cannot transfer files through Wifi Direct

Dear Team,

I recently bought a Pumpkin Android Head Unit ( Model AS0272B (as per Ali Express). I face two problems.

1. I cannot install any app from Google Play Store. It shows "downloading" and no progress.

2. I tried to data tranfer through both my Samsung and MI phones, but not possible. But sometimes, Wifi direct connects, but cannot tranfer the data. sometimes, Wifi direct not connecting at all.

Hi,sorry for the late reply due to the Chinese National Day holiday.
1.you can try to use an thin stick to click the reset button to fully reboot the unit or just reconnect the power cable . If it still doesn't help,could you show me some picture about your issue including the screenshot of the system info .An video will be better.
2.the unit doesn't support transfer data/files through wifi direct connect.
