AE0273B-02E Issue/Questions

Hi, I have a few issues and questions for my unit:

1. The "Google" app and the "System UI" occasionally crashes.

2. The steering button controls only work when the unit has warmed up. I noticed when configuring the buttons at different temperatures, the unit thinks I'm pressing different buttons when I'm pressing the same one.

3. I would like to add 4G internet. The unit's advertisement claims that this is possible with a extra device. Any recommended device that would work in Canada?

Any software/firmware updates for these issues?

please download the files to the root content of one sd card or USB stick , then insert the card into the GPS slot if you choose card way, next enter settings - system - system update.
2.i don't understand what you mean .sorry for my bad english ,could you mind show me an video about it?
3.it support 4G dongle. However, we hasn't test any 4G sim card from operator in Canada.But it supports 3G WCDMA sim card. Or you can consider using protable wifi module.

1. Can't update. Pressing the system update button does nothing. .
2. Can't take video. Wheel controls sometimes works and sometimes it does not.
3. I will try a modem.

thanks for your video.
In fact, you don't need to unzip that update.zip files. Just place this zip files on the root content of one sd card and do it again .

Hi,

I've been using the unit for a few months. I have new problems to report.

1. Unit has started to crash and reboot frequently.
2. "Touch Screen Assistant" sometimes crashes.
3. Steering wheel controls still don't always work.
4. Google assistant is unable to make phone calls with my Bluetooth connected phone. I receive phone calls just fine.
