Bug Report / Missing settings?

Hello,

I bought the following car radio two weeks ago:

I got some questions:

1. Example: I'm listening to Track 34 at 1:32 minutes. Then I'm turning off my vehicle. Come back later, turn it on again and somehow the musicplayer opens automatically with the next track. So it would start at Track 35. I'm wondering if someone else got this issue too?

2. I unchecked the backup camera option, but everytime I go into reverse, the screen wants to change to the reverse camera view even if I don't have any.

3. I'm always driving with lights on. So the display gets darker automatically. Isn't there a option to disable this function? It's hard to see anything on the display on daylight while the display brightness is dimmed.

4. How do I get updates? Do I have to do it manually, If yes where can I see if there's a update for my device?

Hi, could you please tell us your order number?
1. Normally our unit will continue to play from the Track last time played, if you leave and come back within 2 hours, you can go to the Settings--Extra settings to set the "Shutdown delay when ACC off".
2. You can go to the Settings--Factory settings(126)--others to select Reversing switch, click Apply and Exit, the unit will reboot to save this settings. Then the screen will not switch into the reverse camera view when you put in reverse.
3. You can also go to the Settings--factory settings--others to cancel the Key light, then the display will only become dimmed when you drive your car at night.
4. Normally we don't suggest our client do the update when it works well, if you have some problem which need the update to solve, we can send it to you. Cause the update has the risk of damaging the unit, hope your understanding.
