Google Maps-Capable AutoPlay

I've just purchased and installed your Autoplay dongle for Android. Install went well, however Google Maps does not appear as an application although it is on my iPhone.

I realize that in past Google Maps was not CarPlay/AutoPlay compatible however as of the recent version 5.0 Google maps is now compatible, per:

Is there or will there soon be a new version of the APK that will enable use of Google Maps (and Waze when it releases for Carplay)?

I've done some more research and it sounds like the Google Maps feature is linked to the IOS level, requiring 12. Will try that and let folks know

Many thanks. The 20180926 download works *perfectly*. A complete solution requires:

1. The download upgrade referenced in your post
2. Upgrading IOS to 12 (I think the current release was a point release above 12)
3. Upgrading or installing both Waze and Google Maps

Both then appear in CarPlay.

As an added plus, the earliler version had a minor defect where the autoconnect option failed. Autoconnect now works, so when the option is selected the CarPlay app is activated as soon as the iPhone is plugged in.
