Front dashcam problem CN10-03201B-02A

Hello, this is my model CN10-03201B-02A
Payment confirmation number 500002517

Installed front and rear camera, rear camera works perfectly but when I switch to first gear
I lose the front camera image in the app downloaded from the playstore (AutoBoy dash cam, smart dash cam, caro0 ...)
The front camera is connected to AUXIN and only works when I click on the AUXIN input in the Android device menu.
Is this software or a hardware problem? Is there a software upgrade?

My last question is how can i turn on the accessibility option in android 6.0.1 of my unit because
the Torque Dashboard plugin in the Torque application requires accessibility.

Hi, the unit doesn't change to front cam image automatically when you switch to forward gear.It is normal that the front camera is connected to AUXIN and only works when I click on the AUXIN input in the Android device menu .If you want the front cam to record constantly , you need get the front cam with USB connector ,and then connect it to the USB slot from the car stereo .Next ,click DVR app on the menu and set it constantly recording on the back ground.
there is no accessibility option in the setting menu of this unit. about Torque app issue, i suggest you'd better purchase our OBD product which has been tested work well with our car stereo.Normally our Torque app doesn't ask accessibility when works with our own OBD box.

Thanks for your answer and advice,USB camera works perfectly with DVR app but doesnt work with third party apps from the store,any sugestions how to make it work with third party apps(AutoBoy dash cam, smart dash cam, caro0 ...)?

Torque works perfectly with my OBD adapter but problem is with Torqe plugins, the plugin is Torque Dashbord, i can install it but plugin requires to be enabled in accessibility menu.

2.What Torque plugin ? Is your OBDll adapter from us ? And could you show me some pictures about this query, an video will better helpful .

obd adapter i bought via ebay and it is not of you (autopumpkin).
The name of torque plugin is"Torque Dashbord" and it does not work. https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... dplugin&hl
As well as other plugins such as "torque scan" that works as a search engine for PIDs in my car.I can not scan PIDs !

Hi,i test the Torque Dashbord app on the unit which has the same system with yours and get the same issue with you .This might be the imconpatibility
between the unit and the Torque dashbord app . Sorry for this . I find that this app should work with the Torque pro app , did you install it ? Sorry for the internet accident , i can not download the Torque pro recently .

I have torque pro application installed from the play store.
The current version of my application is 1.8.202.
From the first day I started torque pro apk I can not run the plugins in torque pro apk. However this all works just fine on my old Android phone(60€).
Is ther some solution to this problem?
On android phone when installing plugin I can activate it from accessibility options,why this isn`t possible in pumpkin android device(280€)?

sorry that there is no firmware update for this unit now and after .
As i know ,there are two version for touque pro app, phone version and car stereo version .Did you install the car stereo version of the Torque pro app on the unit ?Hope your kind understandings.

there are no upgrades for my unit ... it's embarrassing because i get issue with apk (AutoBoy dash cam, smart dash cam, caro0 ...and other great applications)
also there is no accessibility option in the setup menu .

There are two versions for the touque pro app, phone version and car stereo system.
How can I know which version I have?
Do you have a car stereo version?
And if you have it can you send me, please!
