CN01-02306B-08A Video inputs not working

My head unit is not able to display any video inputs. I've tried multiple video sources and confirmed those sources work on another monitor I have. I have also tried both CAM IN and VIDEO IN connections. All I get is a black screen with yellow exclamation point, both in the AVIN app and the reversing camera display.

Hi,
please first check when you connect to AV-IN connector, make sure you don't put the car in reverse .And tell me the result again .
And what are your video source /what cam ? If you don't mind ,could you show me the photo about your connection.

I will get pictures tomorrow when it is light outside. I have definitely tried the AV-IN app with the VIDEO IN input and car not in reverse. I've also tried every other possible combination of video inputs and AV-IN app and car in/out of reverse. It has always shown a black screen with exclamation point. The audio inputs that are on the same connector as the VIDEO IN input are working, so I don't think the connector is the issue. I have tried both my backup camera (http://a.co/d/5NAVuLK) and a DVD player with RCA video output. I have confirmed both of those devices display video on a different monitor that I have.
