ND1672b No sound

2010 Chevy Avalanche with BOSE system.

I get no sound from system at all. System powers up and seems to function fine. Help.
This is my second pumpkin in this truck, first one was a kitkat. Still works but slow.
Installation information would be useful.

Hi,
you can connect two amp wire back of the unit referring to the following picture.
