SD card not managed by setting

The settin app is not able to manage all the external memory card on my AS0171B-02D. I can do it only using es file explorer app. Is possible a conflict ???

I also have seen that this works a bit strange.
My android 8.0 system has recogniced the SD Card, and than I have to tell how the card should be used.
Internal or to move files also to other systems.
I have not understood the text very well, so such tried it, and marked the 1 possible choice, and proceed.
The card was mounted to be used as external, that what I want to do.
This was done for the SD card slot. for the GPS Slot I´m no longer sure what I have done.
