Install mob interconnection service error

You should go to Settings. Scroll down to "Install via USB". It should work.
1)Your USB cable must be data cable and is in "transfer files" mode.
2)USB debugging must be turned on.

Hi i have samsung j7pro (android 7.0) trying to connect to my car radio for mirroring thru usb cable while my usb debugging is turned on but i have the message " please allow installation of MOB interconnection service to on your MOB" and stops after a seconds saying change your cable and try again while i can easily connect to the same radio with my NOTE4 (android 5) with the same cable could you help please

Hi i have no order no from ebay becuse it is a radio on my car named JAC S5 AT from chaina i like to send you the picture of it but i do not khow how to to it for you i can send yocopyu serial no and copyright from carbit company

Hi thaks for reply in fact i have no ebay order numbe becuse it is an original radio on my chinis car( jac s5 at) i want to send a picture but don,t know how to do it in here. my radio trys to install a DRIVE MODE app to the phone as it dos it if phone is running android 4 or 5 anyway the message says " Please allow insttalation of MOB interconnetion service on your MOB" it seems there is no problem with android 4 or 5 but android 7.0 dos not let insttalation although third party installation permision is set to on and develloper option and usb debugging is on also
