Lenkradfernbedienung lässt sich nicht anlernen

Pumpkin Android 8.0 in Kia Venga 2011 eingebaut, NIQ Adapter verwenbet, Key1, Key2 und GND angeschlossen.
Anlernen nicht möglich.

Hi,
is your car connector diagram same as the follows . If yes , connect the wire referring to the picture.You just need to only connect K1 or K2.
And then remap the buttons on the steering wheel .

could you first tell me your order number so that i can confirm your unit model ?
And could you show me some pictures of your original car connector or diagram ,and an video that how you remap the buttons on the steering wheel ?
