Fallo mandos volante

Hola,
He comprado el modelo RQ0265 orden de compra #100005035, también el cable CamBus comprado en la tienda para Opel Zafira
2006.
En la pantalla del ordenador dice Wellcon...pero los botones del volante no funciona y al programar a través de la la radio no deja configurarlo.
Que es lo que falla?.

Hi, you can enter the Settings--Factory settings(126)--others to set the Canbus option to "Opel", click Apply and Exit, then the unit will reboot to keep this settings. After that, please check if your steering wheel control will work.
