Hi All, this is my first post, and I hope I'm doing in the right way .
I bought the PUMPKIN Android 8.0 Universal Car Radio/Stereo Double Din 6.2 Inch (SKU: ND0279B), very good car stereo. I linked the odb2 and the DAB+, and everything works well, but I have a lot of problems with the steering well control:
I have a fiat 500 Abarth 2010, for sure I bought a can bus interface adapter.
This is what happen: While I'm in the SWC programming and push the SW Buttons the stereo car accept the signal and register but often while I push another button, seems the radio confuse the signal with the button just registered, then, also a button just registered doesn't work any more. So I'm day by day, to register the buttons, and changing the registrations, and then they don't work another time, I'm desperate.
Please help me, many thanks.

Re: Problem on Steering Wheel Control
Hi,
you can try to exchange the wire KEY1 (K1) and KEY2(K2) from the ISO cable .
And if this still doesn't help, could you mind show me an video about issue and show me your connections ?

Re: Problem on Steering Wheel Control
Thanks for your reply, I tried to swap k1 with k2, but I did not get any results. I've uploaded on wetransfer the video of the connectors and the behaviour of the buttons during the recording, here the link.
Consider that every time I do one I get different results. In this even 3 buttons are not detected.

Re: Problem on Steering Wheel Control
Hi,
i suggest you
1. consult the sell of your swc adapter that whether the adapter support your vehicle first .
2.just only connect the K1 or K2 alone from our unit .
3. remap the steering wheel button just while you start the engine.
Wait for your response.

Re: Problem on Steering Wheel Control
Hi, thanks for the suggestions.
I heard the adapter seller and sent to him pictures and videos. Actually He said that could be the adapter defected, He is going to send me a new one.
When the new one will arrive, I'll give you new feedback.
Thankyou anyway in advance.
