No LCD operation after install

Hi

Since I have installed my new pumpkin unit the LCD display has since stopped working.

The vehicle is a 2005 Mazda 3.
Unit purchased off your main website SKU: 11-C0721-US-A.

Reviewing one of your competitors units (EONON GA5151F) its pretty much the same unit but viewing videos found on YouTube they all show the LCD working

I have looked through this forum and the internet for an answer but no luck.

Hi, could you please tell us your order number?
Regarding your issue, did it happened at the first time? Could you please take a video to help us confirm if it's only the LCD screen problem?
If is, we can send a new LCD screen to solve the problem.

And yes it's happened from the first time of install

Just to point out this is not the Main unit i'm talking about but the factory LCD that attaches to the top.

Hi, the factory told us that this unit did not support the factory LCD display, sorry about this.
We will try to release the new unit which support the factory LCD work in the future.
