ND0294 issues

Hi,

I bought ND0294 head unit and so far I have had following issues:
1. Bluetooth tethering for internet connection doesn't work
2. OBD2 bluetooth adapter is not found. This bluetooth adapter works just fine with my phone with out any issues
3. Head unit reacts to illumination signal were oddly: When I use dimmer from my car to dim lights, head unit screen gets brighter and panel leds turn off.
4. Radio application doesn't save settings: After a cold boot, all channels have to searched and saved again.

Bluetooth tethering issue is really a showstopper for me. Without bluetooth tethering I will consider selling this unit and bying a one which can use bluetooth for internet connection. So is there possibly a firmware upgrade that fixes these issues?

Hi,
1.there is no BT tethering for internet connection in fact. SorWhy do directly use hot spot ? I think it is useful than BT.
2. what OBD adapter you bought ? I suggest you consider ours product Y0004 which has prove to work well with our pumpkin unit.
3.i think you had connect the wire labelled "ill" back from the unit to your dimmer ,not the positive pole of the headlight. Usually , when you turn off the headlight and the wire "ill" disconnect power ,the unit recognize it is the day and lights the screen and turn off the panel leds .
4.It is normal. However,the unit will fast boot after the first installation and then keep store the data .

Hi, this is one kind of new coming unit. The version of the system on your unit is the latest .

Hi,
about the car logo , you can enter settings - extra settings - factory settings (126 )- car logo page and choose the logo you need ,next click the apply and exit button one by one . Then the unit will reboot and make a difference .
If you didn't find any logo you need on that page, you can download the logo picture (the resolution best is 1024*600) to the root content on one sd card or USB stick ,next insert the sd card into sd slot . Then enter the car logo page again ,you will find the logo you downloaded .

I'm have a problem to configure logo. I'm go in the menu and not present this command to change logo. Add a fhoto to special menu.
Why not present?

Hi vortex , after click the factory settings ,please input "888" instead of "126" .

Thanks, problem 1 resolved.
I'm have a second question, in the radio as present a IR infrared input, but not as present the remote control in the box, and not possible shopping in hoter sites, why?
