is it possible to become a new firmware for the Radio?

Navi are stuck in bootlogo and Radio is mute all few minutes.

Sorry for the trouble caused.
Here is the latest firmware for your unit.

Please download through your browser,copy all files to an empty sd card(FAT32 format).After that please turn off the unit and insert the sd card to GPS slot.
You can use a sharp thin sticker to press the RST to reboot the unit, then the unti will update automatically.

Newbie here and I apologize if I reply here in this forum.

I am having trouble unlocking my application.

So I think the best way for me to do this is to either do a firmware update or do some upgrading on the current WinCE that I have.

My question is that is PUMPKIN applicable to my car stereo?

Below are the information of my head unit.

Brand: A/V machine or AIV machine
MCUVER: 0.89
OSVER: V.YC002.200000.130723
APPVER: TP69E1A-V02-13-19-02
DVDVER: 01132122(9B0C0060)
PLATFORM: Wince6.0

Please help me. I really need it for my car stereo to function properly.

Thank you for your quick response.

I will definitely do that and contact them. However, my problem now is that when I bought the car. It came with the unit and the previous owner bought from somebody else. The car owner does not know the password.

This could be very difficult and I hope that can help me out.
