Mantener aplicaciones activas

Hola, he visto que tras apagar y encender el coche y que la radio salga de esa especie de hibernacion para que encienda en 2 segundos, las plaicaciones que tenia activas en segundo plano quedan desactivadas.... salvo la ultima que estuviese ejecutandose. El resto, aunque permanecen en la ram, hay que volver ir entrando una a una en ellas para que se reactiven.
Hasta ahora estaba usando un acceso directo en el escritorio de tasker para poder reactivarlas todas de un toque, pero me gustaria saber si hay alguna forma de hacer que ellas solitas arranquen.
si no me equivoco si programo la radio para que directamente se apague por completo, al encenderse si que entran en funcionamiento los "autoinicio" de cada app... pero hay que pasar previamente por el proceso de carga del sistema completo.
la radio es una 2 din con android 8.0
