PX3 no more GPS

I have a PX3 that just recently stopped working for GPS. I only seem to get 1 satellite and that continuously drops. It was working for almost a year prior to this. Could this be firmware related or is it probably the gps antwnna? I have never updated the firmware.

Purchased through Amazon Ordered on November 12, 2017 Order# 111-8562884-6730647

Hi,
you can contact the pumpkin customer service throug amazon message to change an GPS antenna .
