Unit dont turn on

After a system upgrade, the device does not start, the screen is always in black, with no light.
When I pressed the button start and reset after a few seconds, the button lights are learned for 1 second and off, but nothing happens.
When I connect the computer via USB to a computer recognizes the usb but as "device not recognized" even after installing the ADB drivers.

My unit is 11 RQ0255

Hi, could you please tell us where you got the update firmware?
Normally we don't suggest our clients do the system upgrade by themselves, cause it may do some damage on the unit.
You can try to install our factory firmware to check if it can solve the problem.

Hi, i got the firmware in somewhere in this forum (i install it because the size of 1gb to apps is a ***)
I cant go to recovery mode, the unit is dead.
After the update it was working OK, so it's a soft problem.
Can you send me any information/ hard work to resolve this?

Hi, sorry to hear that you could not enter the recovery mode.
This unit RQ0255 only has 1GB internal memory which does not support to be changed, even if you root it and get more authority.
It's possible that the android board is broken, you can choose to pay the deposit and try to use a new one to solve it or return it back to us for repair.
