Sound issue on Pumpkin ND0279B

Hello,

I noticed a sound issue on my Pumpkin ND0279B-A04 bought on Amazon a few months ago.
Problem is a lack of power in the FRONT LEFT speakers compared to the other ones, even after switching the speakers.

References are :
ND0279B-A04
ASIN B07DPDMNN2
Radio NXP TEF6686
Android 8.0 RAM 4GB ROM 32GB

how many power volt you tested on the front left speakers ?

Hello Jammy,

The issue is a "Sound Power" , not a Voltage Power.
I noticed that the Equalizer settings (loudness, bass, medium...) are not propagated to the Front Left speaker. It results in a difference of sound level with the other speakers.

Please download the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot ,then enter settings - system - system update.
If it still doesn't help ,you can directly contact the pumpkin customer service for further help.

I have the same problem. On my radio, it's front right.
I think it is a hardware defect.
The radio is 2 days old and it would be the second radio, which I have to send back because of a hardware defect.

The RC01 sound files fixed this issue. Leaving it at that, as there are several other issues that the sound engine has, hehheh. Bill
