missing .CSS file on SatNav application - how to fix it?

I bought this item some time ago, recently I have change the theme setting within GPS application and the message pop in:

"failed to open file: ui_igo9\800_480\ui\cockpit_2.css, - exiting appllication"

I have tried restoring to factory settings but it did not helped and every time I try to open SatNav this message comes back. since then I cannot use GPS navigation as this message pops in and the GPS closes. Other applications are working fine.

This is the unit - (eBay item number:321400028865)

Where to download this file and how to install it?
