CN01 unit doesn't start

i have a CN01-02204B-04A ordered on amazon order nr: 405-8261702-7543510

the unit doesn't boot up any more, it worked fine before.

now it turns on showing "pumpkin" on the screen, and turns of after a while.
i've tried different things, hard reset, tried to get into bootmode, nothing works.

any advice???

Please download the files (don't unzip it) to the root content of one sd card or USB stick ,insert the card into the GPS slot if you choose this way.Then do referring to the following video to enter recovery mode and flash the firmware .https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MmUU-Uv ... 9OjWlHyCDw
If there isn't any change after flashing, you can contact the pumpkin customer service through amazon message for further help.

hi, the unit doesn't want to go in android recovery mode.

Hi,how did you do ?Could you mind showing me an video about your operation ?The operation step is : 1.power the unit on
2. hold on the power button and next short click the RST button .After nearly 3 seconds ,loosen the power button and then short press it again quickly . Then the unit will enter recovery mode.

i did exactly that, but the unit does not enter recovery mode. the unit does not even start up in the first plase it just shows a screen "pumpkin" that is all the unit does.

a little strange. I still hope you can show me or the pumpkin customer service your operation video so that we can confirm whether any mistakes on the flashing process .Or you need to contact the pumpkin customer service to change the core board from China .
