Hi,this is a new unit .What is going on with your unit ? Many issues can be solve without flashing the unit .
2.this unit is designed for your car , you just need to plug out your original one and connect the power cable and so on , then directly plug in the unit . You can search any regarding videos on the youtube website or other websites .
