Hi, ok ,first you can use an thin stick to click the reset button on the panel . If this doesn't help ,you can try to flash the following firmware .

Please download the files(need not unzip) to the root content of one empty sd card or USB stick ,next insert it to the GPS slot or USB slot .Then enter settings - system - system update .

Hi, forgot to tell you you need to check the permission of BT device on your phone .You can try to long press the connected BT device or click the BT settings icon .

Then reconnect the phone and download the book .
