Android 8.0 Unit - Fastboot not working

Amazon ORDER # 112-4878396-6609835

I've had the unit for a few days and every time I get into the car, the unit has to do a full power on. Where do I turn on fastboot?

Hi, you can try following steps :
1. enter settings - car settings - personal settings and find the acc delay option .
2.if step 1 doesn't help , did the unit display power off info when you plug out the car key ? If not , then you need to plug out the unit and exchange the position of the yellow wire and red wire from the ISO cable back of the unit .
More query ,pleas also tell me your car model and years .
