screen scrambled and corrupted

Hi Jammy recently my screen was doing this for several days, I have reset it, no change, I have gone to download recovery mode and reset to factory default, no change, I managed to get to backup and reset, no change.

I was listening to DAB and then the signal faded so switched on radio, also had Igo GPS maps on, at the time. This issue started and is driving us crazy. It does not stay long on a screen. Unable to get screens to stay on long enough to fix anything.
I have a 4.4 Kitkat software and model s7

About the issue , you can contact the pumpkin customer service or write to support@autopumpkin.com to change the touch screen.
You need to tell them your order number or ebay id so that they can confirm your unit .

Thanks but that seems extreme, I think it is a software issue not hardware. I will run more tests today but is there any software image that I can download to reinstall maybe. thanks

Thanks Jammy is it just loaded onto the SD card to flash it, or are other instructions needed? thanks

Hi, please download it to the root content of one sd card or USB stick and insert it into the GPS slot if you choose the card .Next insert the card into the GPS slot .Then enter settings -about device - system update .

Ironically and I dont know how the screen corrected itself. I tend to think it was some sort of conflict between the 2 apps that were running, that is the Dab and the radio. all good without a reinstall.
