Back noise problem.... W0108

bonjour,

J'ai recus mon W0108 pour ma Mercedes SLK R170 de 2003.
L'ancien autoradio ne faisait pas de son parasite...
Quant je branche le nouveau, j'ai tout le temps un son parasite (radio et musique en bluetooth)

Que faire ??

Regarding your issue, cause this unit W0108 is an universal model which does not support the factory amplifier, can you please tell us if your car has factory amplifier or you bought the adapter to make your factory amplifier work?
If possible, please take a video, upload it to youtube, then send the link to us.

Mercedes say that there is not amplifier in my car...

I change video to public.

And now, radio always change station....

Hi, about the noise when you play bluetooth and radio, cause it has relation with the car inside and surrounding interference, this kind problem can hardly be solved.
As we know, the aftermarket radio don't perform as perfect as the original radio on the parasite, sorry about this.

My car have a Bose amplifier... Is there something to place on the W0108 to make it work with it ??

Hi,
Sorry that we don't have the good solution to make your bose amplifier work with our unit.
Normally our universal unit just work directly with the car front and rear speakers.
