No sound and not working correctly

Hi,

I wonder if you could help please?
Yesterday i tried to use the Pumpkin Android 7.1 Car Stereo Radio Double Din with Bluetooth Sat Nav Bluetooth with CD DVD Player Support GPS WIFI DAB+ Android Auto AUX USB SD 6.2”Touch Screen.

I have no sound.
Certain home screen features have gone (like Mi-Fi signal, SD card slots etc.)
Many apps will not open like Radio

I have not installed anything new on the stereo, it is 11 months old.

Please download and unzip the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot ,next click settings - car settings - system update.

I actually reset the unit and this fixed the issue, however, i may do a firmware update as well.
