Hi,
I have a strange problem with my new PX3. In the settings I ticked the "update time from GPS" option and it immediately sets the correct time. However, when I turn off the car and come back a couple of hours later the time is off and it won't sync again.
Do you have any idea how to fix this ? It is very annoying.
Thanks,
Jouke

Hi,
sorry for bringing you such bad experience.
There are two solution for this issue.
1.if you want to check the time ,you can enter the GPS info app to find the correct time.
2.contact the pumpkin customer service to change one unit.

Re: PX3 date and time problem
Hi Jammy,
Thank you for your answer. There is nothing else to do but return the unit to have it changed ?
It seems to be a software bug since the syncing works every time I reboot the unit but it just won't sync after a wakeup.
When I check the time in the GPS app it is correct but the system time will not sync with the gps time.
Best regards,
Jouke

Re: PX3 date and time problem
Hi,
sorry that i don't know the detailed cause.
In fact, our engineers tell me if you have a way to get a 1K resistance and unable to solder it to the mother board ,you can do as follows.
1.take apart the unit and take out the mother board.
2.on the back of the mother board ,you can find the resistance R12 as follows.
3.change it to a 1K resistance.
4.install the unit back.
