GPS , sound and settings

Since a about half year, i'm having a few problems that i can't solve .

1. Using Co-Pilot as GPS ( to calculate the route considering the dimensions of my camper (height / width) everytime the program start talking ( to notify me ) it start telling every word that's in the map til the end .......
2. When i try to play something from my phone ( for instance Spottify ) , it"s impossible to do that trough the radio , aldo he is Bluethooth connected ( i can use the phone on the radio )
3.Some settings seem to reset themself when i turn off power ( also with a few app's that i have installed )

Is there maybe an update or something to solve these items ?

Hi,
1.sorry that i don't understand your query about the GPS ,could you show me an video or tell me more details ? What is your car model and years ?
2.The unit support play spotify music through BT way . You need to click the BT music icon or A2TP app ,see pictures.

3.did the unit display power off info when you turn off the unit ? If not , you need to change the yellow wire and red wire back of the unit.

1. It's a 2009 Fiat Ducato 130 MultiJet 2300CC .....
What i"m trying to say is, that for instance when i aproche a speedcamera , the device say's " look out , speedcamera " like it should , but then instantly it keeps saying other stuf like : turn left at 1 km , turn left at 500 m , turn right at 1 km ; turn right at 500 m , take first exit , take second exit , take ....... and that goes on like a minut or so .

1.thanks ,understand now. I suggest :1. enter settings - navigation - navi app and set the Co-Pilot as the default navi app .2.use an thin stick to click the reset button . 3. here is the firmware you can flash .https://mega.nz/#!6XhWXQoR!W0GwWH4tpNqM ... jc2zbP8aQc
Please download it to the root content of one sd card or USB stick and insert it into the GPS slot if you choose the card .Next insert the card into the GPS slot .Then enter settings - system - system update .

The issue about Spotify is solved , i found the right way to do this one now .

The issue about Co-pilot is not solved yet , although I did every step you have given .

I did try to upload a video , but until now i didn't succeed to do that ........
