I have a similar issue.
I have a VRN-DD7HB... it connects then fails while trying to install the interconnection service.
I am trying to connect to a Samsung Galaxy S9.
I am using the original data cable,
I have debugged the USB,
I have connected Bluetooth,
I have activated mirror link on the phone,
I still get this error...
