Firmware-Update?

I need an updated Firmware because of problems with Radio & Navigation. My order number is 500005718.

Hi, this is a new unit and the firmware in your unit may be the latest one. Could you tell me the details of the issue ?

I'm using Waze for Navigation and often it stops responding, the screen is frozen and the only chance to recover is rebooting the unit. This happens nearly once a day.

Hi, i suggest you try to click the reset button on the panel.
