Hi, maybe there is an incompatibility between the unit and this software. Maybe you can consider using other map software. Hope your kind understandings.

I think it would be a little bit strange that there is an incompatibility between these two because my previous was also a Pumpkin RADIO ( Quad Core 7 inch 5.1 Lollipop ) and with this one it worked perfectly normal ............
A friend of me also have a radio like this ( Yessun 8.0 Android ) and that one works perfect , so I would think it's not a Co-Pilot issue, but rather a brand related one ......
But maybe my way thinking is wrong .........
