Hi this unit is stuck in this screen ,keeps going back to it , after restarting, think I need to up date the firmware , I had it from Amazon UK order 204-821 37 11 -2982706 30 July 2016 ,need a file please

Please download the files (need not unzip) to the root content of one sd card or USB stick, next insert the card into the GPS slot if you choose this way. Then click the option "update system from ..."
