Automatically shuts down and doesn't power on

Hi,

I need help with the following problem:

After I connect the 11-RQ0367E to my Seat Leon with the can bus box cable, the HU turns on, but it automatically shuts down after the time as set in settings, while the ignition key is on or the engine is running.

When the HU automatically is shut down, it won't power up again when pressing the power button.
It only power on again after I disconnect the can bus cable from the HU.

Hi,
With respect of your description, you can may not have the canbus, you can use the power cable without canbus box to connect to your car.
And you just need to do a simple wire modification, cut the red wire from the power cable and connect the far from HU power side your ignition positive pole.

If I cut the wire can I still return it for a refund if it doesn't work. I bought it at amazon.co.uk ( Order #205-1151432-7912348 ).

Hi, you ever said "It only power on again after I disconnect the can bus cable from the HU", so we think you can use the power cable without canbus to turn on the unit, and our unit does not have problem.
If you modify the red wire but the unit does not turn on, it maybe the unit not compatible with your car, you can return it for a refund.
