Thank you for your reply!
Sorry for replying you late due to different working time and timezone!
And yes, you can set your own photo as wallpaper, but first you need to use PS or some sort of software to process the image to 800*480 resolution and jpg format and lower than 1MB. And then you copy it to a TF card and insert to GPS card, and go to setting--wallpaper to click the SD icon to load it to the radio. If the GPS card slot do not work, please use SD card slot to check.

Really sorry for replying you late, cause I was ill and rest in hospital where there is no internet for right ear surgery, and my colleague forget to reply you here, hope you can understand!
It can be done, could you mind record a short video to show us how you done that and upload the video to youtube.com and give us the link to check? Because it should be able to do that. And can you tell me what item did you bought from us? Can you tell me your order number and purcahse link?
