I know it's the last one.....I just want to have the file for backup in case on any problems. In case that I am messing something or if any sudden problems.

The problem is that in case of any issue if I have the firmware I can reinstall it first straight away and only after that if the problem is not fixed to contact costumer services and ask for help. I have experience on how to flash a firmware but the problem is that I don't have the file.......contacted the seller trough Amazon message and I got the same answer......."contact us when you have a problem"...... which honestly I don't understand.......why this reticence on providing the file to a costumer ? For me like costumer is more easy and faster if I allready have the file..... and I would contact the costumer service only when and if I have a hardware problem.
