I purchased the unit from autopumpkin ebay back in 2016 and unfortunately I can go back enough to check my purchase history, my user name is pritesh86 if you want to check. The resolution is 800 x 480.

Please download it to the root content of one sd card or USB stick and insert it into the GPS slot if you choose the card. Next insert the card into the GPS slot. Then do refer to this video to enter the recovery mode. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vtfwfh0Olu4
