Touchscreen stopped working

I got into my vehicle yesterday morning and the radio worked as well as it usually does. Last evening on my way home, the touch screen didn't work at all. I restarted the unit and the touch screen still didn't work. This morning I got in the truck and the touch screen still didn't work, however on reboot, I got what appeared to be a recovery screen.



The message at the bottom looks like the unit failed to mount the external_sd. Thinking my SD card was causing an issue I opened the flap and attempted to eject the card. However, the card did not come out, it sounded like it fell in. I can no longer see the card in the slot.

I only bought this unit from Amazon in July. What's going on?

Regarding your issue, you can leave the SD card alone, and the fell SD card does not affect the touch screen and the unit functions.
Please take care the SD slot when you insert another SD card with the firmware.

Ran the update, no change.

Buttons on left side of device work as do steering wheel controls, but the touch screen does not respond.

Hi, could you please help us confirm? Does the unit turn on but just the touch screen not work?
If possible, please take a video about the problem, upload it to youtube, then send the link to us.
We can send you a new touch screen if it's only the touch screen problem.
