Task Manager Exclusions

Hi.

I recently bought the RQ0546-UK-A Android 5.1.1 head unit with CAN-bus decoder and DAB+ module from your web store. It's now installed in my Mk4 Mondeo and is a fantastic piece of kit; I'm very happy with my purchase.

There are two questions I'd like to ask.

1.
Can the hardware buttons (Band, AMS and DVD) on the head unit be re-mapped to other functions?

2.
How do I add an exclusion to the task manager to stop it from shutting down my media player (Rocket Player) whenever the unit is switched off? When I start the app I see this displayed every time...

Hi,
1. The hardware buttons except the Navi button, they does not support to be re-mapped to other functions.
2. This unit will switch off all the apps and the system when you pull out the car key, and normally the unit will remember the last operation before it turns off.
