Hello,

I have problems with the touch panel. On the lower section it does not recognize the touch controls anymore. So Iam not abole to install software anymore. Maybe the reflash of the firmware fixes the isszue.

I have ordered it by EBay (311639905895 )

Please download it to the root content of one sd card or USB stick and insert it into the GPS slot if you choose the card .Next insert the card into the GPS slot .Then update the files follows this video.

Hi Jammy,

thank you but after installing the firmware the touch screen is still unresponsive in the lower section. I have tried to consult the ebay seller (pumpkin_cool ) in december (just within the 2 years warranty), but they did not respond after the first email.

Can this problem been fixed?
