ND0286B: Stuck at logo

Hi,
My unit is stuck at the logo screen. I am quite sure I have to flash the firmware. Can someone please tell me where to download and how to flash it? Thank you.

Please download it to the root content of one sd card or USB stick and insert it into the GPS slot if you choose the card .Next insert the card into the GPS slot .Then do refer to this video.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MmUU-Uv ... 9OjWlHyCDw
