Latest Firmware for ND0286B

I just purchased the ND0286B. But it starts up with a lot of errors. It also has a security patch of Oct. 2017. I would like know where I can download the latest firmware for this model.

what is the errors ?You can contact the pumpkin customer service or write to support@autopumpkin.com.
You need to tell them your order number or ebay id so that they can confirm your unit .
Sometimes you can try to use an thin stick to click the reset button on the panel of the unit and some accident bugs go out .

ok,

So I reached out to customer service. I finally just received the "updated firmware".

I updated and everything went smooth with no errors. Now I'm not sure if this was the right firmware for this unit. But now my unit does not boot. Only the lights on the button light up. Total black screen.
Can you please help me!
