how to deactivate the rear cam in menu permanently

Hello,

how can I deactivate the rear cam permanently in the android menu of the car radio, when I use the rear gear? I want to see only the ultrasonic sensor graphic and not the video of the rear cam. thank you.

Hi, you can tell us your order number(from amazon or pumpkin website) or buyer ID(from ebay), then we can help you check the product information.
Or you can try to find the SKU number on the back of the unit.
