Hi

Can I check if there is a firmware update for the following item. I am cannot download from the android play store, I am connected to the wifi. I can use the browser but not download from the play store. Is this a known problem with a fix?

Hi, there is a firmware update for your unit, you can flash the item with it to check.

Please download through your browser, copy it into the SD card, insert the SD card into GPS slot, enter the Settings-->about machine to click the system update, then the unit will recognize the update.img file, then finish the updating automatically.
If this does not help, would you mind to take a video, upload it to youtube, then send the link to us?
We will try our best to find the solution.

Hi, thanks for the update to post #1.

Would you be able to send me the maps download too with instructions, I could not find it?

I also have small problem with bluetooth widget not showing what song is playing - it just shows picture of equalizer with play button with next / backwards but not the name of the artist / song. Is there a fix for this?

About the bluetooth music, it's normal, when you play music via bluetooth, it can only show the next/backwards.
In fact, you can also play music via SD card or USB.
