ND0377B in VW T5 2005 replacing Delta with Diversity Antenna

Hi,
I am trying to get the ND0377B working in my T5 from 2005. The car came with the original `VW Delta radio that utilizes the two window antennas in the back of the car (Diversity system). The FM reception was/is really great.
The ND0377B has, as far as I understand it, a dual Fakra connector. When I connect the original antenna cable to these I cannot receive a FM signal. All other combinations (e.g just one antenna or alternate configurations) do not bring the radio to receive even the slightest glint of an FM radio signal.
What am I doing wrong?
Is there a manual that includes the antenna setup?
Any help is appreciated.

Hi, could you show me your original radio wiring diagram or your real wiring connection? Did you externally connect your original antenna wire to the wire which labelled " ANT" of our power cable?

Hi,
in the attached picture you can see the wiring for the original radio (Delta) and a picture of the radio back. The existing anntennas are connected to the dual Fakra connectors on the lower left of the radio back.
There is no Antenna pin that I know of.
Still my question is what are the two connectors at the back of the ND0377B are for?
I assume these are the antenna connectors? They look like Fakra and similar to those of the original radio.
Does the ND0377B provide phantom power for the amplified antennas? On which pin?
There is no description at all....

Hi, that is antenna connector. You just need to connect one of your dual fakra to any one of the white connector you pointed back of our unit.Then radio will be ok.

Well, that is what I did with no success.
I think the antennas are "active" antennas with an amplifier and need power = phantom power.
Is there a wire coming from the radio I can use for that purpose?

Hi, 1.did you try both two white radio antenna connector?
2. Which country do you come from? You can enter settings - factory settings(3368) - radio page and check whether you set the right radio region.

Hi Jammy,
I finally got the radio to work with at least one of my antennas. The reception is OK. I was using the wrong cable for antenna power.
I still would like to know what the second antenna connector is for? Can the radio deal with two antennas as the origianl VW radio is able to?
I will check the radio page settings tonight.

Hi, the two white radio connector are the same, just be suitable for other kind of radio antenna connector of other VW vehicle.
You can try to purchase the radio antenna adapter to connect with your original two, but i think it isn't needed. Both reception quality are the same.
