Latest Firmware for RQ0912E-UK-A

Hi,

I am looking for the latest update (5.1?) for my device. I have attached screenshots. The device itself looks like this one, however when I got mine it had the earlier version of Android installed.

Hi, normally we don't suggest our client do the update, cause it may bring some problems.
I can send you the latest android 4.4 firmware, but the factory said that the android 5.1 firmware was not available on the unit, hope your understanding.

Do you mean not available ever? or just not available at the moment? I would expect to be able to upgrade the unit at some stage.

Is the firmware you provided above newer than what I have at the moment? Is so do you know what the enhancers are by any chance?

Sorry to ask again guys, but I was looking again and you are selling the exact same unit as I purchased (same SKU even) with the 5.1 system now. How can you not have the firmware available? Are you wanting me to purchase a new unit rather than provide an upgrade to a less than 12 month old unit?

Sorry for the late reply.
The new android 5.1 unit seems like the old android 4.4 unit, but the android board on the unit have some difference.
As I explained in other pumpkin forum, the android 5.1 firmware is not available on the android 4.4 unit.
The tested result also shown that the android 4.4 unit could not read the android 5.1 firmware. Hope your kind understanding.
