Dashcam with no bluetooth music streaming

Hi,

I have spotted an bug which is very annoying. When my dashcam app is active, I cannot stream music however Bluetooth calling works fine. I would like to do both at the say time. Is there a fix for this?

Hi, could you please tell us your current system version?
It maybe the software problem, we can send you the update firmware, then you can try to install it to check.

Hi, the firmware version on your unit is already the latest one.
Regarding your problem, it may have relation with the dashcam app.
Could you please delete it and reinstall it from the OEM?

Sorry for the late reply. I could not uninstall the dashcam app. I am using CaroO app which allows me to record and blueooth stream.

Hi,
Please go to the akpInstall--Manager, then you can uninstall the installed app.
Or you can go to the Settings--Apps to uninstall the apps.
