Hi, Normally we don't suggest our clients flash the unit if it works as it should .

Unfortunately it does not work as it should.
e.g. the maps.me app does not run properly, the zoom goes into night mode, where nothing is shown on the screen anymore.
Also, the Copilot Navi app does not work properly!

Please download it(needn't update) to the root content of one sd card or USB stick and insert it into the GPS slot if you choose the card .Next insert the card into the GPS slot. Then enter settings - system - system update.

You need to tell them your order number or ebay id so that they can confirm your unit . i suggest you show them an short video to help them understand your query and find the cause.
